<ul> <strong>For Tower</strong></p>
<li>Check integrity and all connections on tower grounding systems.</li>
<li>Check tower lighting systems and effect repairs immediately if needed.</li>
<li>Examine tower structure and user hardware for flaws or violations to be reported to tower owner.</li>
<li>Inspect guy wires electrical conduits and any pertaining hardware.</li>
</ul>
<ul> <strong>For Equipment Shelter</strong></p>
<li>Clean out buildings</li>
<li>Check nitrogen tanks and replace if necessary</li>
<li>Assure proper nitrogen pressure in transmission lines; check line dehydrator.</li>
<li>Check A/C filters and replace if necessary.</li>
<li>Full A/C service every 6 months.</li>
<li>Change lamps/ballast&#8217;s on interior lights as necessary.</li>
<li>Inspection/test of alert systems e.g. fire/intrusion/tower light failure.</li>
</ul>
<ul> <strong>For Grounds</strong></p>
<li>Maintain 3 ft. minimum clearance of all vegetation or obstacles from anchor points and guy wires.</li>
<li>Keep all roadways and pathways clear.</li>
<li>Apply proper chemical treatments to immediate site area to prohibit any vegetation from impairing A/C or site operation.</li>
<li>Application of necessary insecticides to assure safety of personnel and equipment.</li>
<li>Mowing and trimming of immediate site area and anchor points.</li>
